The Geo Task Force with support from the New Jersey DEP developed "Recommended Practices for Integrating GeoRSS GML into Exchange Network Schema" for the purpose of geospatially encoding points, lines, polygons, and bounding boxes. The Exchange Network is looking for people to test this guidance.
