(pronounced Me-Be-We-Be)  Minority Business Enterprise/Woman Business Enterprise - a form that is required to be filed quarterly for all Exchange Network grant recipients.  These forms record the amount spent each quarter with minority and woman-owned enterprises.  It's important to file these forms each quarter, even if you are reporting zero dollars spent during that quarter.
