Lab Data Schema

The Wisconsin DNR is interested in developing a Laboratory Data Schema, based on the ESAR, for all-media sample results. The States primary support laboratory processes samples of water, tissue, macroinvertebrate, phytoplankton, algae, bacteriological, etc. We've used a generic file transfer template for many years, first comma delimited and now XML but not EN caliber.

We're interested in working with partners to craft a schema that can be adopted nationally, especially for Labs that provide support services across state lines.
