Exchange Network Management Structure

The Exchange Network is jointly managed by representatives from U.S. EPA, state environmental agencies, and tribal organizations.- The Exchange Network Leadership Council (ENLC) provides high-level leadership and direction.
- Day to day operations are handled by the Network Operations Board (NOB). Under the NOB are several sub-groups set up to support the NOB a specific mission. The two best known sub-groups are:
- the Network Partnership and Resources Group (NPRG) and
- the Network Technology Group (NTG).
- The Geo Task Force is an ad hoc sub group of the NTG.
- Other, ad hoc groups include Standards Design and Development and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs).
- An Exchange Network Coordinator acts as a liaison between the different groups of the Exchange Network Management body and advocates on behalf of the EN on the whole.
