Exchange Network Leadership Council

The mission of the (ENLC) is to provide the Network with political support and leadership, establish strategic direction and planning activities, work to ensure that adequate Network resources are secured, and connect the Network to broader communities of interest. To codify the strategic direction of the Exchange Network the ENLC issued its Strategic Plan and has also been working with EPA Regional partners to create a Regional Strategies document.
