A client is any web tool having access to the information from the Exchange Network, typically a Node or Web portal (Web client), utilizing a browser based tool for the retrieval and display of a Service Provider / Partner’s information. Like Nodes, Network Clients can submit, request, and receive results from a request on the Network. However, Network Clients cannot respond to data queries from other Nodes, and therefore cannot publish data on the Exchange Network.
